场所营造,体验式商业设计,新零售
武汉绿地·缤纷城坐落于武昌滨江商务区,是武汉新的地标性创意聚会商业枢纽。伍兹贝格室内设计团队通过独特的商业策略和设计策略,紧握零售业的未来,展现全新的零售概念,吸引着年轻一代消费者,为他们提供除购物、娱乐以外的深度体验。Woods Bagot has embarked on the interior design of the retail component of Greenland Group's Wuhan Being Fun development, situated close to the Yangtze River in Wuchang District, Wuhan. The project has recently won 2020 CREDAWARD "Gold Award" in the Interior Design category.Our vision for Wuhan Being Fun is to develop a creative social retail hub and future landmark with distinctive interior design and strategy, seeking to deliver new retail concepts alongside entertainment and experiences that go beyond shopping, appeal to the young generation of shoppers and address the future of retail.
低层空间以“城市舞台”为设计亮点
通过橙色几何肌理增添活力

在进行室内设计时,由于建筑形态已经基本完成,无法进行大规模的平面调整,此外,作为超高层的裙房部分,整整 8 层的商业空间为室内设计留下了不小的挑战,如何让商业空间既有趣味又富设计亮点成为设计团队的考量重点。The existing architecture of the retail element leaves no room for Woods Bagot to modify the spatial layout and the interior architecture is sculptural and complex in its design, which presentes a number of challenges across its eight storeys, spanning from Basement 1 to Level 7.
综合考虑 8 层楼的布局,设计采用“双首层”概念,从地下室 1 层至地上 3 层被定义为“城市舞台”,通高空间共 46 米,形成一个空旷的巨型中庭,1 层主要设有手表、珠宝品牌、美妆专柜,2 层设有男女时尚品牌、儿童业态和家居用品,3 楼设有游乐场,地下室为超市和美食街。
The eight levels of Wuhan Being Fun have been split into a dual mood design, with Basement 1 to Level 3 envisaged as an urban stage or platform. A large atrium forms a vast void at the heart of the mall on Level 1 extending up 46 metres to the ceiling of Level 3. These floors feature luxury retail, from watches jewellery and beauty on Level 1, to men and women's fashion on Level 2, and children's items and family-focused products as well as a playland on Level 3, while in the Basement there are snack stands and a supermarket.

低楼层以橙色作为主题色,几何肌理在大面积的橙色中蔓延,增添了中庭的活力和生机,又与建筑外立面的设计语汇一致,彰显时尚潮流的生活方式。
These lower floors represent earth – a tangible, material space comprised of neutral, earthy tones with accents of deep orange, for example on the escalator and balustrades to add vitality to these levels. There is a luxury feel to the design, which features smooth curves and sleek geometric shapes reflecting the on-trend lifestyle offering.高层空间以“天空之城”为灵感
设计"飞云梯"直达魔幻体验
与低楼层的设计相比,高楼层商业空间色彩更醒目、丰富,设计语言更天马行空、异想天开,把人直接带入到了魔幻空间。飞云梯将游客从 1 层直接带入 4 层,切换到购物中心的另一个“首层”、另一个梦境——天空之城(Laputa)。
The design on upper levels is more whimsical than below, based on a rich design palette with colourful accents and a bold spatial language. From Level 1, an extra-long, express escalator transports visitors up to Level 4 - and to another world, which is known as Laputa. Author Jonathan Swift wrote about Laputa in his book Gulliver's Travels, imagining a floating island on which live enlightened individuals with interests in astronomy, maths,music and technology. ![]()
4 层到 7 层的业态以生活方式体验为主,你可以在这里尽情施展你的好奇心,沉迷于自己的兴趣和爱好中,通过社交式体验结识各类同道中人。食武巷将这些体验区、聚集区串联起来,游客可以在此品尝到武汉的传统美食。5 层为运动与时尚区,社有攀岩墙和室内篮球场,而在第 6 层,除了电影院,还有一个艺术品展示区和 DIY 手工艺区。In Wuhan Being Fun, Level 4 represents this imagined isle of Laputa, and marks the start of another world within the mall – a place to discover new experiences and indulge curiosity. From Levels 4 through 7, the retail concept focuses on lifestyle experiences and passion clusters – spaces where visitors can go to indulge in their interests and hobbies, and meet others with similar passions, thereby connecting and creating communities.These passion clusters and discovery zones form around Wu of Lane, where visitors can taste traditional cuisine of Wuhan. Sports and style feature on Level 5 where there is a rock climbing wall and indoor basketball court, while on Level 6, aside from a cinema, there is a craft area for art and DIY.![]()
进入 7 层,仿佛是进入了原始森林 - Yama,这是一个以森林为主题的游玩场所,绿树成荫、自然光线充足,“丛林”中暗藏多家高级餐厅,也是俯瞰室内篮球场的最佳场所。
Level 7 is home to Yama, a magical forest-themed place to play, eat and drink, filled with natural light and a wealth of greenery. Here there are a number of fine dining restaurants, some of which overlook the basketball court. ![]()
7 层以上还有多出一个半层空间,这多出的半层原本是建筑布局遗留的小瑕疵,却被室内设计师成功激活为餐饮外摆空间,Yama 森林的餐饮店铺可以在此设置就餐区,食客可以在悠闲的室外氛围中享用美食。环形步道蜿蜒穿过 Yama 森林,沿途设有休息亭,可以在此欣赏长江全景。
There is an additional half level above Level 7, which presented Woods Bagot with challenges due to its layout and architecture – the small additional storey is split into a variety of spaces. However, each area has been successfully activated.
Yama Square features small booths for eating, lounging and listening to live music with an ourdoor vibe thanks to all the greenery; Yama Walk is akin to a forested pathway that meanders through a wealth of plants and trees - there is dining space here, too; and Yama Circle features kiosks and opportunities to take in the panoramic views of the Yangtze River.
武汉绿地·缤纷城是一个十足的玩乐空间。伍兹贝格通过层出不穷的空间变化重新玩味超高层建筑的商业空间,为新零售概念和交互式购物体验提供足够的支撑,为武汉新增一处社交打卡地标。
Wuhan Being Fun(606 Laputa) is a place to have fun. The ever-changing space seeks to redefine retail by not only providing themed and interactive stores and new retail concepts but also experiences of discovery and opportunities to connect. We dared to dream and to imagine something out of this world and we hope visitors will do the same as they embark on a journey of discovery through 606 Laputa.
