蜿蜒奔流的汉江流域,不仅是东西文化交流的通道和南北文化联系的桥梁,更是荆楚文化的摇篮,汉江流域七座国家级历史文化名城之一。襄阳是汉上名郡,地处汉江中游,自古即为交通要塞,素有"南船北马、七省通衢"之称。

The Han River is the bridge that connects northern and southern Chinese culture and the birthplace of Hubei culture, and Xiangyang city lies in the middle reaches of the Han River. As one of the seven venerated historical cities in the Hanjiang Valley, Xiangyang city had occupied a primary status in transportation and had known for its waterways in the south and roads in the north, and it had been the seven provinces thoroughfares from ancient times in China.

如今,襄阳综合经济实力显著增强,亟需全新的综合商务区承载其快速的发展需求,汉江生态城东侧紧靠滨江核心并连接汉江直达古城区,西侧串联华侨城,是重要的交通与文化枢纽。

Now Xiangyang city has grown and expanded beyond its original footprint with a need for a new CBD, and the Hanjiang Eco-City site is significantly located between the old city and Han River in the West and Huaqiao City to the East.

 

 

生态城一期由四个地块组成,总建筑面积 384,206 平方米,通过对每个地块功能分析,排布出合理高效的混合业态场所,形成丰富多样的办公、购物中心、商街、短租及长住住宅、以及论坛大楼。

The total of 384,206 square meters of GFA across four plots, each plot is divided into its appropriate programming to orchestrate the beneficial mixed-use site. It contains offices, a retail mall, and supporting retail street, residential short-term and long-term stay, as well as a public forum building.

 

 

“我们希望利用流动的空间构架建立一座城市与自然相互渗透的生态之城。建筑的空间形态不再单纯取决于功能布局,汲取水流冲刷河滩的力量趋势,塑造自然流动的建筑形态和公共开放空间。看似丰富多变的建筑组群却控制在充满强烈秩序感的自然脉络之中。” 伍兹贝格高级理事,设计总监梁阔表示。

"We target to establish an ecological community that engages and harmonizes with nature. The planning of the place is not only base on the functional layout, as like the water flows and extended from Han River, to make sure the environment, the building forms, and the public open spaces are all seamlessly mixed with nature. We have created a series of diversified architecture clusters in the natural context." Said Kuo Liang, Senior Associate of Woods Bagot.

 

 

办公+商业的多层次体验

打造创新生活方式社区

The design of the workplace components has highlighted the future trend as a collaborative hub for innovation and lifestyle communities. The objective is an exciting new workplace that connects and welcomes the citizens with an active ground floor experience. The design has innovation at its heart, setting new benchmarks in the workplace market, straddling the line of adaptable and pragmatic development with creative workplace culture and lifestyle-oriented amenities that will enhance higher value on the investment. 

 

 

设计同时打造了多样化的商业体验,包括大型购物中心,以及毗邻的商业街。通过深入细致规划的人流动线,为到访者提供大至影院,小到精品设计师店铺等不同层次的空间体验,以及一系列的休闲、娱乐和艺术等场所。

There is a rich mix of retail experience. The design delivers a large-scale retail mall and adjoining retail street – all with a carefully planned retail circulation route. Planning allows for a variety of experience from the expansive cinema down to small boutique designer shops. There are also a series of spaces for recreation, entertainment, and arts.

建成后,汉江生态城的商业体验必将在襄阳城独一无二。设计重点打造家庭生活中心、社区娱乐中心和社区交互平台三大主题场所,通过主力店、便利零售、萌宠互动、主题餐饮、教育和培训以及生活和办公等多业态的融合;配合毗邻商业街的户外购物和餐饮等,满足周围社区需求的同时,营建高品质的生活方式。

Once built, this retail experience will beunrivaled in the whole of Xiangyang. The design focused on providing a Family Life Center, a Community Recreation Center, and a Community Interaction Platform. These functions are integrated with anchor stores, convenience retail, animal interaction, theme catering, education, and training, as well as living and business offices. The adjacent retail street comprises other varieties of outdoor shopping, catering to all the needs of the surrounding community, helping to build a high-quality lifestyle.

 

 

西侧地块的塔楼作为酒店和公寓,房间布局宽敞且坐拥湖景和汉江美景,屋顶的泳池更是将一众自然景色尽收眼底。

On the Western lot, there is the living tower caters to apartment use and a hotel. Its units are generous and are oriented to views on the lake and on the Han River. The pool deck at the roof will capture all these attractive views.

 

论坛中心组合丰富业态

实现城市多元化发展

 

“论坛中心布局在地块的核心位置,作为会议展览、演讲、宴会、新闻发布和旅游景点等场所,丰富的业态组合有助于实现城市的丰富多样。如同无数的江河流入大海一样,'百川入海'是生命之水的涌动,将自然的力量引入场所,打造充满活力的城市天际线,以论坛为中心向外部延展。论坛作为城市的文化客厅,场地内其他建筑围绕中央论坛进行阶梯式排布。” 伍兹贝格高级建筑师,Matthew Richardson 表示。

"At the center of the complex, the forum building is carefully designed to cater to all the unique requested programs. Uses will allow cultural exhibitions, lectures and conferences, banquets, press releases, tourism, and marketing. This rich mix of programming will help fulfill the highest aspirations of this rich and diverse city. The city skyline is dynamic and pays respect to the forum as the heart of the development. Everything builds up in terracing forms and towers from this central heart." Explained by Matthew Richardson, Senior Architect of Woods Bagot.

 

 

设计以中国茶梯田为灵感,打造层层退台。公共空间由下至上由完全开放逐步转变为半私密空间,再到全私密空间 - 所有室外区域均与河景、湖景融为一体。公园漫步场所提升了办公的配套品质,地面的景观完全开放,与周围社区互动。

The design has breakout terraces stepping down from top to bottom. This move is reminiscent of Chinese tea terraces. The public realm transforms from the full public to semi-private to private during ascension, upwards terminating with the upper roof decks – all outdoor areas creating an asset with rare river and lake views. The park promenade enhances workplace culture. The ground-level landscape opens up, invites, and interacts with the surrounding community.

 

多维度村落式互动体验

营造城市绿肺空间

 

设计寻求如何在多层次的社区生活方式核心,打造村落式的互动体验,结合商业和文化休闲活动等,整合水平和垂直等多维度的互通互联,将建筑群落与自然环境无缝融合,营造绿肺空间。

The design has aimed to develop the concept of village and retail with interactive cultural event nodes and a multi-levelcommunity lifestyle hub. Highlighted are the horizontal and vertical connections and a multi-level urban green park – aninternal green lung.

 

场地景观概念生成的曲线与立面细节配合

同时呼应场地动线

 

 

“团队的目标是创建一个尊重邻里社区、周边环境以及相互交织的景观的整体设计解决方案。多样化的业态和空间的融合可以充分满足目标用户和居民的各种需求,产品的差异化和高品质在市场上脱颖而出,为襄阳树立新的标杆。” 伍兹贝格合伙人,吴涛表示。
